Class approved in-water surveys and inspections : (CCTV [close-circuit television] and Digital Imaging). Sea chest blanking. Propeller polishing with patented equipment: Armada Hull and UMC. Cathodic Protection installation (bolted or welded). Under water welding and cutting (Broco). Installation of cofferdams. Repairs to jetties and dry dock underwater concrete structures.         Diving Services for dry docking Immersub & Co. Ltd provides professional diving services for the various dry docking operations: maintenance and repair of ships, boats and other watercrafts. As a matter of fact, Immersub & Co. Ltd has provided for the past 6 years, exclusive dry docking services to the two leading port and engineering services companies of Mauritius, notably : CNOI (Chantier Naval de l’Océan Indien) and Taylor Smith.     Back to top       Underwater Hull Cleaning Immersub & Co. Ltd has carried out hull cleaning, during the last two years, on more than 100 vessels ranging from 50 to 300m. Underwater Hull Cleaning by self-propelled, diver driven cleaning machine is effective and economical. Immersub & Co. Ltd uses patented hull cleaning equipment and technology (Armada Hull – USA and UMC - UK) to clean the marine growth from the ship's hull, while removing the minimum possible amount of underlying anti-fouling coatings. Upon request, all hull cleanings may be accompanied with, before and after digital photography, completed with written reports. Ltd offers inspections for basic condition and damage assessment, as well as complete ‘Lloyds’ and ‘Bureau Veritas’ underwater inspection surveys.  We provide comprehensive digital reports with photos and/or video as required.     Back to top       Sea Chest Blanking Immersub & Co. Ltd are often called upon to blank off sea intakes or overboard discharge outlets to enable repairs to be carried out inside the vessel. Installation of hull aperture blanks enables sea valve repair and replacement to the benefit of the vessels integrity.             Propeller polishing Propeller cleaning and polishing is an extremely economical and cost-effective way to regain speed, providing less drag and better performance. At Immersub & Co. Ltd, we perform propeller polishing using patented hydraulic powered polishers (Armada Hull – USA and UMC - UK) for ultra gloss and smooth surfaces. An improvement of even one Rubert grade can result in significant fuel savings when compared to the costs of operating with a fouled or roughened propeller. Ltd has installed kilometers of underwater fiber optic cable systems.
